Authorized use
A license key is assigned to its customer and must not be publicly shared. Attempts to bypass activation limits, interfere with the license service or obtain protected files without authorization may result in suspension or revocation.
Trading risk
Forex, CFD and precious-metal trading can result in substantial loss. The software does not promise profit or protection from loss. Past performance, targets, backtests and live account results do not guarantee future performance.
User responsibility
Users are responsible for broker selection, account configuration, capital allocation, risk settings, regulatory compliance, internet and VPS availability, and ongoing monitoring of automated trading.
Availability and updates
The website, licensing service, downloads and support channels may require maintenance or security updates. Product access remains subject to the status and scope of the issued license.
